This is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question is finally clarified and provided that no statutory storage requirements are in conflict.         


5. Use of your data for direct mail

Registration for our email newsletter

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. Mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address alone. The indication of further possible data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you an email newsletter if you have explicitly confirmed to us that you agree to the sending of the newsletter. When registering for the newsletter, we will save your IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace a possible misuse of your email address at a later date. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter will be used exclusively for promotional purposes by means of the newsletter. You can cancel the newsletter at any time via the provided link in the newsletter or by sending a message to the person named in paragraph 1.2 of this privacy policy. After cancellation, your email address will be deleted immediately in our newsletter distribution, as far as you have not expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further data usage, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement.

7. Use of Social Media: Videos

7.1 Use of Vimeo Videos

On our website are plugins of the video portal Vimeo of Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011, USA.

When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser connects directly to the servers of Vimeo. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Vimeo directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration Vimeo receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Vimeo account or are currently not logged into Vimeo. This is a separate tracking by Vimeo, which we have no access to and which can not be influenced by our site. 7.2 Use of YouTube Videos

This website uses the YouTube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider "YouTube", which belongs to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

The extended data protection mode is used here, which, according to the provider, does not initiate the storage of user information until the video(s) are played. If the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider uses "YouTube" cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to "Youtube", these serve, among other things, to collect video statistics, to improve user-friendliness and to prevent abusive practices. If you are logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your account when you click on a video. Regardless of the playback of the embedded videos, every time this website is accessed, a connection to the Google network "DoubleClick" is established, which can trigger further data processing operations without our influence.

8. Online Marketing

Use of Google AdWords conversion tracking

This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and in the context of Google AdWords the conversion tracking of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

We use the offer of Google Adwords to draw attention to our offers with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords) on external websites. Right to information pursuant to art. 15 GDPR:

In particular, you have a right of access to your personal data processed by us, the processing purposes, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period and the criteria for determining the duration of the storage, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, a complaint to a supervisory authority, the origin of your data if these were not collected by us from you, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, where applicable, meaningful information about the logic involved and the scope concerning you and the desired effects of such processing, as well as your right to be informed of the guarantees provided in accordance with article 46 GDPR for the transfer of your data to third countries;

Right to correction in accordance with art. 16 GDPR:

You have a right to immediate correction of incorrect data concerning you and/or completion of your incomplete data stored by us;

Right to deletion in accordance with art. 17 GDPR:

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if the requirements of art. 17 para. 1 GDPR are met. However, this right shall not apply in particular if the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;


Right to restrict processing in accordance with art. 18 GDPR:


You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data as long as the accuracy of your data contested is checked, if you refuse to have your data deleted due to inadmissible data processing and instead request the restriction of the processing of your data, if you need your data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims after we no longer need this data after we have achieved the purpose or if you have filed an objection for reasons of your particular situation, as long as it is not yet clear whether our legitimate reasons prevail;


Right to information in accordance with art. 19 GDPR:

Right to data transferability in accordance with art. 20 GDPR:

You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, current and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another person responsible, insofar as this is technically feasible;

Right to revoke consents granted pursuant to art. 7 para. 3 GDPR:

You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of data at any time with effect for the future. In the event of revocation, we will delete the data concerned without delay, unless further processing can be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. The revocation of consent shall not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation;


Right of appeal under art. 77 GDPR:

If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR, you have the right of appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state where you reside, work or suspected infringement, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

10.2 RIGHT TO OBJECT

IF, WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF A CONSIDERATION OF INTERESTS, WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON THE BASIS OF OUR PREDOMINANT LEGITIMATE INTEREST, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE ON THE GROUNDS THAT ARISE FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION.

IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED. 11. Duration of storage of personal data

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal retention period (e.g. commercial and tax retention periods). After expiry of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that they are no longer necessary for the performance or initiation of the contract and/or there is no longer any legitimate interest on our part in the further storage.
